Product Guarantee
Certain products are covered by the terms and conditions of our warranty witch excludes faults caused by accident, neglect and misuse. Warranty period for each product can be seen in the individual product page. If there is no warranty period avalable in the product page, the product is not covered by our warranty.
Returned Goods
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from date of delivery for full refund less any applicable delivery charges. It is your responsibility to return any such items in a saleable condition in their original box and packaging. Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will be return to you at your cost. Prior to returning any products, please contact us by phone or e-mail.

We offer two main types of discounts. First type is quantitiy discount which means the more you order the cheaper will be the price per 1 piece.
The second type is something we call currency discount. Currency discount is valid for all articles and quantities for a certain period of time. We use it adjust our price due to large fluctations on the currency market (FOREX).
Discounts such as currency and quantity discounts are valid for more then one region that you can send inquiry from. On the other side special offers are mostly valid only for the region you are sending your inquiry from. We recommend customers to check if there are available special offers for their specific country / region.
We reserve the right to change website discounts and special offers at our will. However once inquiry is sent, discounts visible on the inquiry remain valid for a period of 1 week regardless of a website change.
